Guest Services
Located in the Welcome Center (look for the Green Awning), Guest Services acts as the resort concierge. The Guest Services staff is equipped to assist with questions, concerns, Learning Center lesson sales, Camping reservations, Lakes region recommendations, and more. Stop in to say hi, tell us about your day, or recommend your favorite trail of the day.

Free Ski/Board Check
Take advantage of our courtesy (free) ski and snowboard check at the Main Lodge to keep your equipment safe while you’re not on the mountain. Located in the Bowl Area behind the ticket booths.
