Autumn is the GOLDEN SEASON… and usually means a return to day-to-day. It’s back to school, back to work, back to the humdrum of daily living. But not in the Lakes Region – when the colors return. First one tree shows some yellow. Then a dash of orange appears. The maples then burst out in flames. And finally everything turns a warm brown.
Shopping is particularly fun now when the weather turns chilly and it is too cold to swim.
