Donations

  

Dear Fundraiser;

Gunstock is honored to have received requests to support so many wonderful causes. As you may know, we are frequently asked to contribute to many worthy fundraising opportunities, and attempt to support each request as best we can. For this reason and due to the vast amount of requests made we have set up the following guidelines for donation requests. Thank you for your request and for taking the time to review and respond to these guidelines.

Gunstock does not make any monetary donations. Requests for donations will be given in the form of various lift ticket vouchers, tubing ticket vouchers, camping accommodations, or other mountain activity passes. We ask that all donation requests be typed on the organizations’ letterhead and addressed to Donations.

These requests should be sent via U.S. Postal Mail Only. Requests made by email, fax or phone will not be accepted and will be referred to these guidelines.

Please also include any and all public exposure that Gunstock may receive as a result of donation. This may include: program listings, newspaper, and radio or television coverage. 

Donation requests are reviewed once a month.

Each request will be submitted to the same review process and be acted upon within one week of the review. In order to ensure that Gunstock is able to donate to a variety of causes all donations will be required to go through the same review process for each event each year that they wish to make a donation request.
